1/ Build a small simple website, which will present UWAN to public and link to all our websites.
2/ Do the necessary work to register the website in search engines.
3/ Set up reciprocal links from our websites to UWAN website.
4/ Build a database of all important dive magazines around the world.
5/ Contact these magazines for ads prices and writings which are essential.
Better have plenty small repetitive ads pushing up only UWAN than occasional exposures of individuals.
6/ Build a database of dive shows... to come.
7/ Exchange our plans for the coming shows.
To be several on the same booth cut the costs and ease the life during the show.
8/ Exchange galleries contacts and introductions.
9/ Exchange catalogues
Very often, people want to buy what we don’t have. All together, we are quite a strong selling force.
10/ One day (when?), find somebody to be an art-agent-sales-representative for UWAN, employed by the association, in order to contact art galleries and follow up various marketing actions.
There are plenty others ideas, and we are looking forward to reading yours.
If we already succeed to organize something like that, we should have some reasonable feed back.
Obviously, we’ll have to put some money together.
It can be done in three steps:
1/ A basic yearly member fee (amount to discuss) to cover small starting expenses.
2/ Reviewed (raised!) later when UWAN begins to spend for promotion
3/ Non compulsory individual contributions for specific actions: shows …
